SALES SERVICE INTERNATIONAL (M/W/D)

What you can expect:
  • Active sales: Acquiring new customers and developing relationships with existing distributors and end users.
  • Lead management: Qualifying incoming enquiries (leads) and nurturing them through to closure.
  • Quotation management: Preparing, following up and finalizing of quotations
  • Customer advice: Providing needs-based advice on products and services
  • Order processing: Receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and creating credit notes for returns and refunds
  • Complaints management: Receiving complaints, analysing causes and finding appropriate solutions or alternatives
What we are looking for:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in natural sciences, biology, biochemistry and/or chemistry, or a business degree or qualification, e.g. in the fields of wholesale/foreign trade
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using an ERP system
  • Experience in establishing and developing international trading partnerships
  • Strong communication skills at an international level
  • Good command of German and very good professional command of written and spoken English
  • Additional language skills and experience are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
