What you can expect:- Active sales: Acquiring new customers and developing relationships with existing distributors and end users.
- Lead management: Qualifying incoming enquiries (leads) and nurturing them through to closure.
- Quotation management: Preparing, following up and finalizing of quotations
- Customer advice: Providing needs-based advice on products and services
- Order processing: Receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and creating credit notes for returns and refunds
- Complaints management: Receiving complaints, analysing causes and finding appropriate solutions or alternatives
- A degree or equivalent qualification in natural sciences, biology, biochemistry and/or chemistry, or a business degree or qualification, e.g. in the fields of wholesale/foreign trade
- Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using an ERP system
- Experience in establishing and developing international trading partnerships
- Strong communication skills at an international level
- Good command of German and very good professional command of written and spoken English
- Additional language skills and experience are an advantage
